What a vault record contains

A vault record is a bound register describing where offline custody lives — which room, which case, which device model — using codes you choose in advance. It lists asset categories (for example, long-term holdings versus operating balances) without printing wallet addresses, seed words, or PINs.

Standard sections

Every Panel Ashhub register includes:

1. Custody overview — Who holds signing authority and under what circumstances a secondary person may access a location.
2. Location index — Coded names for homes, deposit boxes, and travel cases with last-verified dates.
3. Device appendix — Model numbers, firmware notes, and passphrase presence (yes/no) without revealing the passphrase.
4. Change log — Blank pages for your own dated annotations between professional refreshes.

How records stay travel-resistant

Registers are written to be read by humans, not scanned by machines. We avoid QR codes, barcodes, and machine-readable key material. Coded references let you explain a setup to a border officer or family member without opening a hardware wallet in an airport lounge.

Who prepares your record

Intake and drafting are performed by Panel Ashhub record keepers at our Pyeongtaek office. Binding is completed in our on-site room so your draft never leaves the premises before you approve it.
