Terms governing use of the Panel Ashhub website and engagement for offline asset record services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing panel-ashhub.click or engaging Panel Ashhub Co., Ltd. (“Panel Ashhub,” “we,” “us”) for record services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
Panel Ashhub provides documentation and record-keeping services for owners of offline custody devices. We do not provide investment advice, key recovery, wallet setup, or legal representation. Service scope is defined in your written engagement letter.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate descriptions of storage arrangements, attend scheduled sessions, and refrain from bringing seed phrases or private keys to intake unless explicitly agreed in writing. You are responsible for the security of bound registers after delivery.
4. Intellectual property
Register templates and formatting methods remain Panel Ashhub intellectual property. You receive a license to use your completed register for personal custody documentation. You may not reproduce our templates commercially without written consent.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client intake notes as confidential and destroy drafts according to our internal retention schedule unless you request otherwise. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of South Korea, Panel Ashhub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
7. Website use
You may not attempt to disrupt this website, scrape content for misleading purposes, or misrepresent your affiliation with Panel Ashhub. Content is provided for general information about our record services.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Korea.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
