Record Service
Offline Asset Record Setup
A two-session engagement producing a bound, travel-ready register of your offline holdings.
Who this is for
Owners who keep hardware wallets, air-gapped laptops, or engraved plates offline and need a readable inventory for travel, estate planning, or shared custody — without exposing secrets on the page.
What is included
- Intake interview (90 minutes): You describe each storage location, device type, and asset category in your own words. We take structured notes on paper only.
- Redacted draft register: A typed draft using coded references (e.g., “Vault A — primary signing device”) rather than addresses or seed material.
- Client review session (45 minutes): You verify accuracy and request wording changes.
- Bound copy: One hardcover register with numbered pages, table of contents, and a tamper-evident seal. Additional copies available at cost.
What is excluded
- Recovery of lost keys or passphrases
- On-site inspection of safes or deposit boxes (available as a separate visit)
- Legal estate documents or notarisation
- Translation beyond Korean and English
Process
- Submit a contact form with your travel timeline or urgency.
- Receive intake questionnaire and scheduling options within two business days.
- Attend Session 1 at our Pyeongtaek office or via encrypted video call.
- Review the draft within five business days of Session 1.
- Attend Session 2 for final corrections and binding.
Preparation
Bring a written outline of your storage locations — room names, box labels, device models — but do not bring seed phrases or private keys to the office. If you use a passphrase manager on an offline machine, describe its role without opening it during intake.
Provider
Sessions are led by a senior record keeper from Panel Ashhub with at least five years of custody-documentation experience. All staff sign confidentiality agreements before handling client material.
