Client Notes
Testimonials and extended stories from Panel Ashhub clients who maintain offline asset records.
What clients say
"I relocated from Busan to Frankfurt with two Ledger units and a laptop that never connects to Wi-Fi. Panel Ashhub produced a register my solicitor could read without asking me to decrypt anything. The coded vault names matched the labels on my actual cases."
— Ingrid S., Offline Asset Record Setup, 2024
"The travel review caught a page where I had renamed a safety-deposit box but forgot to update the cross-reference. Small thing, but exactly the sort of confusion my brother would have hit if I had been delayed."
— Dong-hyun K., Travel Record Review, 2025
"Binding quality is excellent. I did find the first draft used more formal Korean than I speak at home, so we revised tone in the second session. That back-and-forth felt thorough rather than rushed."
— Yuna M., Annual Record Refresh, 2025
"They never asked to plug in my Trezor. I appreciated that boundary. The only mild frustration was parking near Test-gil during morning intake — arrive early."
— Oliver P., Offline Asset Record Setup, 2023
Extended story: The Jeju handover
A client splitting time between Jeju and Seoul maintained identical hardware wallets in each home. After a medical procedure, they wanted their adult daughter to understand which device was the “daily signer” versus the “archive copy” without opening either unit.
We spent one intake session mapping room-level storage, then drafted a register with colour-coded margin tabs matching physical dot stickers the client already used on cases. The daughter attended the binding session and asked clarifying questions we could answer on the page without revealing balances or addresses.
The register travelled in carry-on while devices shipped separately. Six months later the client returned for a refresh after purchasing a third device — the supplement pages slotted into the existing binding without renumbering the original index.
