Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for Panel Ashhub record services.
Overview
This policy applies to paid engagements for offline asset record services booked directly with Panel Ashhub Co., Ltd. Pricing displayed on this website is informational; your engagement letter confirms the final fee.
Deposit refunds
A 40% deposit secures your intake date. You may cancel and receive a full deposit refund if you notify us at least five business days before the scheduled Session 1. Cancellations within five business days forfeit the deposit unless we can fill the slot with another client.
Full and partial refunds after Session 1
If you cancel after Session 1 but before draft delivery, we refund 50% of fees paid beyond the deposit to cover staff time and materials. No refund is available after you receive the redacted draft register unless we fail to deliver the agreed scope.
Non-refundable items
- Completed binding and physical registers once collected or shipped
- Rush surcharges if work has begun within the expedited window
- Third-party costs (courier, slipcase materials) already purchased on your behalf
- Travel day fees if our staff have departed for an on-site visit
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee. No-shows without notice forfeit the deposit.
Service quality concerns
If bound pages contain printing errors attributable to Panel Ashhub, we will reprint affected signatures at no charge within 14 days of delivery. Wording disputes resolved during Session 2 are not grounds for refund if you approved the draft in writing.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may require additional clearing time depending on your institution.
Cancellation by Panel Ashhub
We may cancel an engagement if you request us to record seed phrases or private keys on paper, if intimidation or recording devices are used in session, or if payment is not received per the engagement letter. In such cases, unused prepaid amounts are refunded minus work completed.
