About Panel Ashhub
The origin, people, and working approach behind Panel Ashhub's offline asset record practice in Pyeongtaek.
Official business
Registered name: Panel Ashhub Co., Ltd.
Established: 2019
Registered office: Office 12, 45 Test-gil, Pyeongtaek 00000, South Korea
Panel Ashhub was founded after our principal record keeper spent a decade assisting families who inherited cold-storage devices without any written orientation. The gap was never technical skill — it was legible, travel-safe paperwork that described holdings without revealing secrets.
Our origin
In 2018, a client arrived at a shared workspace in Songtan with three hardware wallets and no index. Recovery phrases lived on metal cards in separate bags. Customs had opened one case; labels were missing. That afternoon we drafted the first version of what became our standard register format: coded locations, device categories, and custody notes on acid-free paper.
Panel Ashhub Co., Ltd. registered in Pyeongtaek the following year. We moved to our current office on Test-gil in 2021 to accommodate an in-house binding room and secure intake space.
People
Min-seo Chae, Principal Record Keeper — Former corporate archivist; leads intake and binding.
Jae-won Park, Travel Review Specialist — Former airline cargo supervisor; focuses on portability and customs-facing language.
Elena Voronova, Bilingual Editor — Korean–English register wording and margin-note clarity.
Working approach
We work only on paper during client sessions. Devices stay powered off unless you choose to demonstrate a model number. We do not photograph registers, and draft copies are shredded after binding unless you request otherwise in writing.
Our values are discretion, plain language, and physical durability. Registers use sewn bindings and archival paper rated for decades of shelf storage.
Relationship to clients
Most clients visit once for setup and return annually or before major travel. We do not sell storage products, hardware wallets, or recovery services. When legal questions arise, we refer you to licensed counsel and keep our scope to documentation.
